Junior Property Manager

Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial property assets, ensuring properties are efficiently utilized, compliant, and financially optimized. The successful candidate will oversee leasing activities, manage tenant and stakeholder relationships, support revenue growth through asset management, and collaborate with internal teams and external property advisors. It is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Chartered Surveyor looking to develop a career in property and asset management within a complex, high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial property assets across terminal and central terminal areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders.
  • Respond to tenant requirements and enforce lease agreements when required.
  • Maximize property income through effective asset and estate management.
  • Support refurbishment projects to enhance asset value.
  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including new lettings, lease renewals, and rent reviews.
  • Identify and support new business opportunities to optimize revenue.
  • Prepare and monitor financial, health & safety, and estate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Baggage, Retail, and external property consultants.
  • Ensure property compliance and maintain accurate estate and contract records in property management systems.

  • Experience in commercial property or landlord-tenant management.
  • Knowledge of commercial landlord and tenant legislation.
  • Commercial asset management experience.
  • Lease administration, renewals, lettings, and rent review expertise.
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good financial and commercial acumen with strong numeracy skills.
  • Ability to interpret and manage property contracts and lease agreements.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
