Job Description

HIRING: Junior Property Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Property Manager to join a large and growing global property management company. Working closely with experienced senior property management and the wider management team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio while developing your expertise within a dynamic, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing lettings administration, including tenant referencing, tenancy agreements, and move-ins
  • Coordinating inventories, check-ins/check-outs, and deposit returns/disputes
  • Overseeing rent management, including reconciliations, statements, and arrears control
  • Handling maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors, tenants, landlords, and managing agents
  • Organising statutory compliance, including Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), and EPCs
  • Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, resolving queries professionally and efficiently
  • Arranging tenancy renewals and negotiating updated tenancy terms
  • Conducting routine property inspections and producing detailed reports
  • Supporting overseas landlords and assisting with the onboarding of new properties
  • Providing general administrative support, including handling enquiries and key management

About You

  • 1 years' previous experience in property management or residential lettings is preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to prioritise a varied workload and work effectively using your own initiative
