Location: Blackburn, Lancashire (with travel to properties across the North West and wider UK as required)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Atree Management is a property management business responsible for a growing portfolio of retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use assets across the UK. We pride ourselves on taking a proactive, hands-on approach to property management, ensuring our buildings are well maintained, our tenants receive an excellent level of service, and our client’s assets continue to perform strongly.
As our management portfolio continues to expand, we are looking to recruit a motivated Junior Property Manager to provide direct support to the Managing Director. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property industry experience who is looking to develop their career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The Role
The Managing Director manages a busy and varied workload, and this role has been created to provide day-to-day support across all aspects of property management and lettings.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident communicating with tenants, agents, and professional advisers. They will be comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing vacant commercial properties across various platforms.
- Liaising with letting agents to maximise enquiries and progress transactions.
- Handling telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants and occupiers.
- Coordinating and arranging property viewings.
- Carrying out property viewings on an ad hoc basis.
- Negotiating heads of terms for new lettings and lease renewals.
- Assisting with the progression of lettings from enquiry through to completion.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, agents, and external consultants.
- Monitoring vacant units and identifying opportunities to reduce void periods.
- Preparing marketing information and property particulars.
- Maintaining accurate property records and updating internal databases.
- Assisting with tenant enquiries and resolving day-to-day property management issues.
- Assisting with rent reviews, lease renewals, and other lease events.
- Conducting periodic property inspections and reporting findings.
- Providing administrative support to the Managing Director across the wider property portfolio.
- Undertaking any other duties reasonably required to support the efficient management of the portfolio.

About You
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience within the commercial property industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Confident negotiating and dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
- Good attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and professional approach.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
Desirable:
- Experience in commercial property management or agency.
- Knowledge of commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters.
- Experience using property management software.
