Junior Recruiter - 3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Townhouse was created with a single goal: to disrupt and reinvent the global nail salon industry. We are the fastest growing beauty brand in Europe with 40+ salons globally, and we are driven by a passionate and disruptive team to achieve our mission. We’ve brought together a world-class team from a wide range of industries. As we continue to expand, we need brilliant people (like you!) to help bring the Townhouse brand to life across the world.

Our values

Here at Townhouse, we live by our three core values;

  • Details matter
  • Passionate in everything we do
  • Nice people

Townhouse was born out of the idea that ‘details matter’ – our customers strive for perfection in the details, and so do we. Our passion fuels our work and drives constant innovation. Finally, we pride ourselves on finding nice, kind-hearted people to join our mission to revolutionise the industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in keeping our salons fully staffed by driving candidates efficiently through the hiring funnel. This is initially a 3-month fixed term contract with potential to extend. You’ll be responsible for hitting weekly hours targets, during our peak season, keeping vacancy rates low and making sure every candidate has a great experience from application to first day.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your recruitment career in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, where you’ll get hands-on experience with candidate engagement and hitting real, measurable hiring targets that directly impact the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
