Want to break into recruitment and build a career in a high-performance, high-support environment? We’re hiring a German-speaking Analyst to join our London-based DACH team at Oliver Parks.

Oliver Parks is home to one of the most established German-speaking recruitment teams in the UK – a great place to learn, grow, and develop your own market expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learn candidate sourcing, market mapping, and research techniques
  • Work on live projects from day one with support from senior consultants
  • Help build pipelines of high-quality tech candidates across Europe
  • Develop your own market knowledge and recruitment toolkit
  • Progress to Associate Consultant typically within 6 months
