We’re looking for an ambitious, driven individual to join our Aerospace & Defence team in Yeovil. Whether you’ve worked in customer service, hospitality, retail or sales, if you’re confident speaking to people and love building relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll receive industry-leading training and work alongside experienced recruitment professionals who are experts in placing talented people with some of the UK’s most prestigious Aerospace & Defence organisations.

Your role will include:
- Managing the full recruitment process for both contract and permanent vacancies.
- Speaking with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates.
- Screening, interviewing and registering candidates.
- Matching candidates to exciting career opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment journey.
- Supporting contractors and ensuring compliance with client and statutory requirements.
