What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, no two days are the same. You’ll learn how to: Build relationships with Life Sciences companies and professionals Speak with candidates and clients over the phone and on LinkedIn Manage interview processes and job offers Advertise live vacancies and source talent Learn sales, negotiation, and business development skills Become an expert in a specialist market Work towards targets and earn commission on placements you make
