💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

From day one, you’ll be learning how to manage your own “desk” and build a network in a specialist market. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Speaking to businesses and building new relationships
  • Sourcing and engaging top talent
  • Managing candidates through interviews and offers
  • Learning how to negotiate and close deals
  • Working towards targets and developing your commercial skills
