Who are we:

Flowtec Engineering is an international search and selection consultancy specialising in providing niche recruitment and headhunting solutions for various sectors within the Engineering and Construction industries. We are a well-established and reputable recruitment company and work with some of the largest organizations globally as well as many fast-growing SME businesses.

We have offices in Dallas, TX and across Europe.

At Flowtec, we are expanding tremendously and, as we have been growing our client base, we are now offering you a role where you would be able to identify with customers due to your academic background, passion for sales and/or relevant working experience. You would interact with candidates on a higher level, and your expertise will allow you to build lasting relationships and stay up to date with the latest developments in the industry.

We are looking for someone who is willing to have an impact through their role as a recruitment consultant. Apply your knowledge by conversing with companies, and candidates in the industry and stay up to date with relevant developments through your conversations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business development and identifying potential clients.
  • Identifying quality candidates, providing information about the roles available.
  • Screening candidates and applying your knowledge of the industry to understand and assess their skillset.
  • Sorting through applications and contacting suitable applicants.
  • Have excellent administration skills, providing pre-interview information and directions.
  • Able to work towards and exceed targets with a confident, ambitious spirit while upholding quality.
  • Providing feedback to candidates promptly.
  • Maintaining job boards, posting job specs and filtering CVs.

Skills and Experience:

  • Sales experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Graduate education is preferred but not required.
  • Have a growth mindset. You’re always looking to improve your knowledge and capacities as well as those of everyone across the team.
  • Friendly, approachable and people-orientated.
  • Fantastic telephone and video manners.
  • Excellent networking and relationship management skills, a network in the aquaculture scene is a plus.
  • Strong organisational abilities (including handling multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and leading a team).
  • Strong communication, including both questioning and listening skills and ensuring empathy.

What we offer:

  • £25K - £35K base salary
  • 20 holidays + 2 weeks off during the Christmas period
  • Commissions up to 30%
  • Incentives such as trips abroad or dinners at Michelin Star restaurants
