£24,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
Realistic On-Target Earnings
Year 1: £35,000 - £40,000
Year 2: £40,000 - £50,000
Year 3: £50,000 - £60,000

The Role
This is a recruitment and business development role where you'll be responsible for both candidate generation and client acquisition. Whilst you'll inherit and develop some existing accounts, a significant part of your role will be focused on creating new logo business and building your own client portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new business relationships through proactive sales activity
- Building and managing your own client base
- Identifying and winning new recruitment opportunities
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
- Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Consistently working towards and exceeding targets
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
- Previous B2B sales experience or a recruitment background
- Confidence speaking with professionals over the phone
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A resilient, competitive, and target-driven mindset
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine desire to build a successful recruitment career
