What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, your role will include:
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and our database
- Speaking with candidates to understand their experience and career goals
- Matching candidates to exciting opportunities across the broadcast and media technology sector
- Building lasting relationships with candidates and clients
- Learning every stage of the recruitment process through structured training and mentoring
