Your Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development to acquire new clients and build relationships with existing ones
- Candidate sourcing via headhunting, job boards, advertising, and networking
- Conducting interviews and presenting a shortlist of candidates to clients
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Offering insights on industry trends and consulting with clients and candidates
- Negotiating contracts to secure the best deals for your candidates
- Keeping your network engaged and following up on leads

Who we are looking for
- A recent graduate with some sales experience or someone with 6+ months of commercial experience
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
- A competitive mindset, possibly with a background in sports, debating, or similar
- Highly financially motivated, eager to earn above the basic salary
- Strong work ethic with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Enthusiastic about the tech sector and recruitment
