Junior Recruitment Consultant – Tech

Your Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Business development to acquire new clients and build relationships with existing ones
  • Candidate sourcing via headhunting, job boards, advertising, and networking
  • Conducting interviews and presenting a shortlist of candidates to clients
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Offering insights on industry trends and consulting with clients and candidates
  • Negotiating contracts to secure the best deals for your candidates
  • Keeping your network engaged and following up on leads

Who we are looking for

  • A recent graduate with some sales experience or someone with 6+ months of commercial experience
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
  • A competitive mindset, possibly with a background in sports, debating, or similar
  • Highly financially motivated, eager to earn above the basic salary
  • Strong work ethic with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Enthusiastic about the tech sector and recruitment
