Your Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Business Development
- Acquire new clients
- Build relationships with existing clients

Present a shortlist of candidates to clients

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish

Offer insights on industry trends

Consult with clients and candidates

Negotiate contracts to secure the best deals for candidates

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking candidates who have:
- A recent graduation or 6+ months of commercial experience
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
- A competitive mindset, possibly from a background in sports, debating, or similar
- High financial motivation
- A sales experience background
- Strong work ethic with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Enthusiasm about the tech sector and recruitment
