Why This Role Matters
This is a pivotal role supporting our O+O (Offline & Online) strategy, to deliver trusted insights and consistent KPIs that enable confident, data-driven decision-making across the business. This role plays a critical part in improving data confidence, increasing visibility of performance, and driving the adoption of data-led approaches to unlock business growth and operational effectiveness that shapes how millions of customers experience our brands so we can put a smile on our customers’ faces today and tomorrow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver accurate, timely, and reliable reporting that gives stakeholders real confidence in understanding business performance
- Turn data into clear, actionable insights that highlight opportunities and support smarter decision-making
- Help build and enhance self-service reporting tools, empowering teams to access and explore data independently
- Continuously improve reporting processes by identifying efficiencies and leveraging automation, AI, and analytics best practices
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure reporting delivers real business value
- Support the consistency and accuracy of data, helping maintain aligned KPIs and high-quality reporting outputs

What You’ll Bring
- Experience working with data, with a strong interest in turning data into meaningful insights
- Exposure to tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SQL, or reporting tools like Power BI, Looker, or Excel
- An understanding of performance reporting and an interest in how KPIs are used to track and improve business results
- A curious mindset, with an interest in identifying trends, understanding root causes, and spotting opportunities within data
- Confidence in communicating insights clearly, with the ability to explain data in a simple and engaging way
- Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to build relationships with stakeholders across the business
- A proactive attitude, with a desire to learn, improve processes, and develop your analytical skills
