Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Research Assistant to support research projects and data collection activities. In this role, you will assist with literature reviews, data gathering, analysis, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and adherence to research protocols. This is an ideal entry-level position for individuals looking to build a career in research or academia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct literature reviews and summarize key findings
  • Assist in designing and implementing research studies and experiments
  • Collect, clean, and organize qualitative and quantitative data
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
  • Support data analysis and interpretation under supervision
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and research summaries
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and research standards
  • Coordinate with team members and assist with project logistics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline)
  • Basic understanding of research methodologies and data collection techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
