Who We Are

White Stuff was established in 1985 through a simple idea. Since then, we've grown into a multi-channel retailer with shops and concessions across the UK and internationally, offering thoughtfully designed womenswear, menswear, accessories and homeware.

Our original prints, designed in-house, intricate detailing and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're creative, collaborative and passionate about our brand. We encourage entrepreneurial thinking, accountability and continuous improvement at every level, creating an environment where everyone can contribute and grow.

Who You Are

You are a creative, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in producing high-quality imagery and has a passion for fashion, photography and visual storytelling.

You'll be excited by the opportunity to join White Stuff's in-house photography studio and contribute to the creation of best-in-class digital content. You have a strong eye for detail, an eagerness to learn and develop your retouching skills, and a genuine interest in the wider fashion and retail landscape

You'll be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, building strong relationships across creative, ecommerce and studio teams. Most importantly, you'll be motivated to continually improve processes and outputs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

The Role

As a Junior Retoucher within White Stuff's Creative Team and in-house Photography Studio, you will report to the Mid-weight Retoucher and support the delivery of high-quality imagery across all digital channels.

Working closely with the Photography, Creative and Ecommerce teams, you will be responsible for retouching and preparing imagery for online use, ensuring products are accurately colour matched and presented consistently across all customer touchpoints.

Alongside ecommerce imagery, you will have opportunities to support the retouching of wider creative assets, including campaign, social media, print, press and marketing content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
