Junior Risk Analyst - Helensburgh
Working Pattern: Hybrid (1 day per week on site)
Altrad are currently looking for an experienced Junior Risk Analyst to join the team.

About The Role
The Junior Risk Analyst supports the Asset Compliance Lead in maintaining the Infrastructure Risk Register, ensuring infrastructure risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and managed effectively.

The role provides an accurate and up-to-date view of infrastructure risk by coordinating risk reviews, tracking mitigation actions, maintaining high-quality risk data, and supporting risk reporting and governance activities.
Key Deliverables
- Owns and maintains the Infrastructure Risk Register, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and regularly reviewed.
- Coordinates periodic risk reviews with relevant teams to ensure risks remain current, accurately assessed, and supported by effective mitigation actions.
- Monitors the progress, ownership, and completion of risk actions, ensuring updates are accurately recorded within the Risk Register.
- Ensures the Infrastructure Risk Register remains aligned with the wider organisational risk management framework, maintaining consistent risk categorisation, escalation routes, and reporting standards.
- Prepares risk reports, summaries, and trend analysis to support management reviews and provide a clear overview of the current risk profile.
- Supports the continual improvement of risk management processes, tools, and reporting, promoting consistent and transparent risk recording and communication across infrastructure functions.
- Identifies and escalates significant or emerging risks through the appropriate governance channels to support informed decision-making and effective risk management.
