Role Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Junior Sales Associate to be based in our London office. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, qualifying inbound leads and building outbound pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Sales Team in identifying and nurturing business opportunities.
  • Attend marketing events, conduct client meetings, and deliver telephone consultations to assess client needs.
  • Drive revenue growth by developing a strong pipeline of business and contributing to achieving revenue goals.
  • Provide full training and support to new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to legal services.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £27,000–£30,000 per annum + performance-based bonus after the three-month probation period.
  • Working Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with a hybrid approach after the first on-site month (WFH to be discussed).
  • Employment: Permanent full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Full training provided, including external qualifications (where applicable).

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills – Essential for client interactions and persuasion.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-driven – Ability to manage leads and drive outcomes independently.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills – Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Proven sales experience preferred, but learners and novices need not apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (not mandatory but desirable).
  • Knowledge of UK immigration law is a plus, though full training will be provided to resource gaps.
