Junior Sales Consultant

Role: Junior Sales Consultant (Lead Generation)

Salary: £24,000 basic + OTE up to £35k

Location: Luton (Capability Green)

About the Role:

We pride ourselves on delivering a friendly, transparent, and supportive service - and we'd love for you to be part of it. As a Junior Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for potential business customers. You'll be making outbound calls to business owners, understanding their needs and determine if we can help them find a better deal on their business essentials. Your focus will be on qualifying leads and building strong customer relationships, before handing them over to our senior sales consultants.

This is a phone-based role that's perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people and wants to develop a professional sales skillset.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing business customers
  • Understanding customer needs and identifying suitable solutions
  • Building rapport and providing a world-class customer experience
  • Supporting customers as their trusted point of contact
  • Generating leads for the sale of our products across Energy, Connectivity, Finance & Insurance
  • Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets and KPIs

About You:

No previous sales experience is required, we'll provide full training and ongoing support.

Interview Process:

  1. Short One-Way Video Introduction
  2. Teams Interview held with a Team Leader
  3. Final stage held in office with our Sales Manager
