Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you will:
- Learn and master best-in-class sales techniques, supported by our experienced sales managers
- Engage with new clients daily, helping them protect their homes and businesses
- Expand your customer portfolio through a mix of marketing-led leads and field prospecting activities

Compensation and Benefits
- Uncapped commissions: Over half of our salespeople earn £3,800 gross/month; our top 10% reach over £6,000 gross/month

- Company car with fuel card (from Month 5), mobile phone, permanent contract, Bupa health insurance, pension plan, and more

Requirements
We’re looking for a proactive candidate with:
- An unlimited passion for connecting with customers and serving them
- Strong team spirit and a customer-focused outlook
- Commitment to protecting what truly matters
- A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in any field
- Valid driving licence (0–3 points) for client visits
- Your own vehicle (for the first 4 months, with covered expenses)
