The Role
As a Junior 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:
- Build and manage relationships with candidates and clients
- Source and identify top talent across the technology market
- Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through the hiring process
- Become a trusted market specialist within your sector

What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification
- A background in sport, sales, customer service, hospitality, or other performance-driven environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive mindset and strong work ethic
- Confidence in building relationships with new people
- A desire to learn, develop, and progress your career
- A positive attitude and resilience when faced with challenges
