Junior Sales Executive - VOLTA VENTURES
(Birmingham, On-Site)

This role is designed for candidates who want hands-on experience, structured development, and a clear pathway into leadership—all while representing respected brands across dynamic campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll gain experience across core areas of the business, including:
- Sales & Customer Engagement - representing clients, learning how to build rapport, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Business Development - identifying opportunities, generating leads, and supporting market expansion.
- Campaign Support - assisting with day-to-day operations, planning activity, and tracking performance.
- Team Support - learning how recruitment, coaching, and team development work within a growing organisation.
