Job details

Hours of work

  • 40 hours per week, 9:00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

Location

  • Enderby, Leicester

Benefits

  • 21 days paid holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays.
  • 1 additional day to a maximum of 26 days for every year completed.
  • Opt-out Pension scheme after 6 months employment, 11am start on Birthday, opportunity to attend events including Company birthday and Christmas party.
  • Casual Dress.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Full training and support will be given but you must be prepared to put in full dedication to all tasks and challenges you are presented with.

Job Role

  • Identifying prospects – finding potential customers through cold calling, networking i.e. LinkedIn, referrals.
  • Generate new business through proactive sales calls and outreach.
  • Building relationships and establishing rapports with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Building and maintaining relationships along with communication with all departments within the Company.
  • Closing sales – negotiating terms and persuading customers to make the purchase.
  • Meeting targets – achieving sales goals and targets set by the company.
  • Providing customer service - Provide excellent customer service post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting – keeping detailed records of customer interactions and sales.
  • Represent Core Events at selected VIP and hospitality events in the UK and overseas.
