Junior Sales Executive
Junior Sales Consultant (Full-Time) – Insulation Supplier, Chelmsford
CR3 is currently working with a leading UK insulation supplier based in Chelmsford, seeking a Junior Sales Consultant to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in sales with a fast-growing, dynamic company. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
The Role
As a Junior Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting customers throughout their buying journey while building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You'll receive ongoing training to develop your product knowledge and sales skills within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide expert advice on the company's product range.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system.
- Develop a strong understanding of products through ongoing training.
- Identify opportunities to upsell complementary products where appropriate.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A confident, enthusiastic, and positive approach.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a sales environment.
- Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Basic salary: £22,500 - £25,000
