What you'll be doing:
You'll be the first person our customers speak to after they've shown interest in our life insurance products.
Your job is to:
- Call customers who've requested information
- Build genuine rapport and get them talking
- Understand what they actually need
- Create urgency and excitement about sorting their cover now
- Then smoothly pass them over to our sales team
People aren't expecting your call at that exact moment, so you'll hear "no" a lot. If you're resilient, thick-skinned, and like turning a "not sure" into a "go on then" - you'll fit right in.
No experience? No problem. We don't expect you to have done this before.
You might be:
- Fresh out of college or uni
- Working in retail, hospitality, or a call centre
- Just looking for a proper career where effort = earnings
