Junior Sales Manager | £30,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Bonus (£75K OTE) | Career Progression
Are you looking to build a career in technical sales within the automotive, commercial vehicle or engineering sector?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing trailer business as a Junior Sales Manager, with full training, structured development and a clear pathway into a Sales Manager position.
£30,000 - £35,000 basic salary + guaranteed commission for 6 months (£500-£750 per month) + uncapped bonus (£75K realistic OTE, £100K+ achievable).

The Opportunity
Working closely with experienced members of the sales team, you will learn the business from the ground up - developing product knowledge, supporting customers, preparing quotations, inspecting trailers and building the skills required to progress into a Sales Manager role.
This role would suit someone with experience or a strong interest in:
- Automotive / commercial vehicles
- Trailers / transport equipment
- Plant machinery / agriculture
- Engineering products
- Technical sales
About You
- Previous experience within sales, customer service, account management or a technical environment.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with customers.
- Commercially minded with the ambition to develop a successful sales career.
- Practical, hands-on and comfortable learning technical products.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and support the sales process from initial contact through to delivery.
- Prepare quotations and assist with converting opportunities into sales.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop technical product knowledge across a range of trailer solutions.
- Inspect trailers, support customer handovers and liaise with internal teams.
- Progress towards managing your own customer base and sales targets.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings in the future (approximately 1 in 5/6 Saturdays for customer handovers).
Location: Commutable from Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton, Buckingham, Leighton Buzzard and surrounding areas
