As a Sales Manager UK & Ireland (m/f/d), you will actively drive the expansion of our market presence.

With strategic vision, a strong network, and a passion for premium brands, you will acquire new distribution partners and build long-term relationships for our brand across the UK & Ireland.

  • Grow sales with UK and Irish dealers through field visits, performance reviews, action plans, and commercial coaching
  • Identify, approach, and qualify new partners able to invest, represent the brand, and build a sustainable showroom presence
  • Prepare concise, fact-based business cases for partner opportunities: location, potential, entrepreneur profile, investment, and launch plan
  • Activate the brand locally through private events, design evenings, architect meetings, COOR campaigns, and systematic follow-up of generated contacts
  • Ensure premium execution: brand image, showroom quality, commercial narrative, partner experience, and consistent standards
  • Provide structured field insight into competitors, white spaces, design trends, risks, and commercial opportunities

Your profile:

  • Experience: You bring 3–6 years of field sales experience in a premium environment – ideally within kitchens, furniture, interior design, architecture, or luxury retail in the UK & Ireland
  • Hunter Mindset: You proactively approach new customers, build strong networks, open new opportunities, and consistently deliver measurable sales results
  • Business Acumen: You are confident engaging with entrepreneurs and discussing business development, brand positioning, and investment opportunities at eye level
  • Autonomy: You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented way, taking ownership and responsibility for your territory
  • International Mindset: You communicate fluently in English and feel comfortable operating in an international environment
  • Mobility: You enjoy being on the move, building personal customer relationships on-site, and are willing to travel regularly
