Join a fast-growing, technology-enabled startup as a Junior Sales Planner. You will guide homeowners through high-trust, consultative decisions for renovations valued between £20k and £80k. Unlike traditional outbound roles, you will manage warm inbound leads, helping customers define project scopes while providing the clarity and structure needed to navigate complex home improvements.

What you will do:
- Conduct discovery calls to understand homeowner goals and translate vague ideas into specific, realistic project scopes and budgets.
- Proactively manage a pipeline of 15-20 active deals in HubSpot, ensuring disciplined and patient follow-up over 4-12 week sales cycles.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers and build managers to ensure every project is set up for success before construction begins.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 1-3 years of experience in a consultative, client-facing role with a proven ability to guide customers through complex financial decisions.
- Demonstrates exceptional emotional intelligence and a calm demeanor to manage customer anxiety during high-stakes, stressful home renovation processes.
- Possesses a genuine curiosity for construction and design, including a willingness to learn about planning permissions, building regulations, and loft conversions.
