Junior Sales Representative
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our growing global sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their sales career who is eager to learn, develop commercial skills and build a career in enterprise technology sales.
Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you will help identify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients and support the sales process from initial outreach through to qualified opportunities. You will receive structured training, mentorship and hands-on experience within a global technology organization.
Training & Development
You will participate in the EPAM BD Explorer Programme, a structured development pathway designed for early-career sales professionals. The programme runs for 4 weeks in-person, delivered locally, followed by 3 months of structured shadowing with senior sales professionals.
The programme includes in-person training, mentoring and practical experience covering:
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Discovery and qualification techniques
- Solution selling and value-based conversations
- CRM and sales process management
- AI tools for modern sales professionals
- Client relationship development and account growth
Following completion of the programme, you will continue your development through structured shadowing, coaching and progression opportunities within the Business Development organization. This programme forms part of our commitment to developing the next generation of sales talent and providing clear career pathways into enterprise technology sales.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients through outbound prospecting activities, including phone, email, LinkedIn and AI-enabled sales tools
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest and book meetings with potential clients
- Qualify leads using recognized sales methodologies and conduct introductory discovery conversations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects and opportunities within the CRM system
- Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals and sales materials
- Collaborate with marketing, presales and delivery teams to support business development initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities
- Consistently achieve activity and pipeline generation targets while developing core sales skills
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident engaging with new people and building relationships
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and resilient, with a proactive approach to achieving goals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology and digital tools
- Genuine curiosity and a deep interest in technology trends, digital transformation and emerging innovation
- Availability to travel in Europe with the possibility of relocation
- German - Native / Fluent (required)
- English - Fluent (required)

Nice to have
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, recruitment, telesales or another customer-facing role
- Interest in technology, digital transformation or software solutions
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems or sales engagement tools
- Additional European language skills are an advantage, particularly French or Italian
