As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our sales force and contribute to our and our client’s success.

Position Overview

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and assisting in the sales process. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales while working alongside seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in prospecting and qualifying leads through direct sales, outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
