About the Role: Business Development Executive

Given our exciting growth plans, we’re looking for a ** Business Development Executive** to join our global team.

Reporting: Directly to the Head of Sales (Europe), in collaboration with the Commercial team and partners.

This is an opportunity for someone skilled in fast-paced, autonomous sales with a hunter mindset, proactive collaboration, and a drive to make an impact.

Location: Dog-friendly office in London, EC1V 9NR (The Tower, The Bower, 207 Old St) – 5-day workweek.

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve KPIs: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prospecting & Outreach:
    • Call, email, and engage via social media with key decision-makers to convert leads.
    • Conduct in-person meetings as needed.
  • Sales Delivery:
    • Present and sell products & services through demos to both new & existing partners.
    • Execute the full sales cycle—prospecting to closing.
  • Partner Alignment:
    • Analyze cost-benefits & business needs of existing/potential partners.
    • Position Fresha’s solutions as tailored solutions for their objectives.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work seamlessly with cross-departmental teams (e.g., product, marketing) to ensure a satisfying partner experience.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Provide insights on ongoing industry trends.
  • Lead Management:
    • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly, documenting call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Customer Support:
    • Serve as the primary contact for partners on commercial activities.

Note: Additional responsibilities may be required.


What We Are Looking For

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience (1+ years preferred):
    • Formalized B2B sales track record in high-growth markets.
  • SaaS & Tech Alignment:
    • Prior experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is a critical advantage.
  • Relationship Building:
    • A natural "hunter"—obsessed with deep connections and win-win collaboration.
  • Operational Agility:
    • Can multitask, prioritize deadlines, and maintain organized workflow.
  • Curiosity & Growth Mindset:
    • Desire to continuously learn and adapt.

Added Bonus:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English + one other language (highly valued).
  • Beauty & Wellness: Familiarity with the industry (e.g., salons, wellness centers) is a plus (but not mandatory).

Interview Process

  1. Screen Call (30 mins): Video call with the Talent Team.
  2. Skills & Experience (30 mins): Targeted discussion with Team Leads.
  3. Presentation (75 mins): In-person/recorded presentation with Team Leads and GM (UK & Ireland).

Timeline: Aim to finalize the process and provide feedback within 2 weeks.

Compensation Package

  • Base: £30,000
  • Commission: £10,000 variable + accelerated commissions for surpassing targets.
