Junior Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Specialist to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the banking sector. If you have a passion for financial services and a talent for business development, this is your opportunity to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective businesses
- Use consultative selling techniques and provide product expertise and market insights to help customers navigate their technology or process needs
- Reach out to customer leads through multiple channels
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers and partners
- Expedite the resolution of business problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on:
- Business needs
- Problems
- Interests
- Competitive activities
- Potential for new products and services
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring agreements benefit both customers and the organisation
- Manage your own sales pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly targets
- Manage sales cycles of 1-2 weeks, keeping potential customers engaged throughout the process
- Represent the company at international exhibitions

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 1-2 years of sales experience in Finance, Fintech, and Payment industries (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent:
- Communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Open to travel for work across Europe and overseas regions
- Strong knowledge of trends and developments in the sales industry
- Native-level or fluency in English
- Good:
- Time management skills
- Organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Collaborate effectively
