The Firm

Established in 2020, KP Law (previously Keller Postman) is a specialist litigation boutique, focussing on collective redress.

The firm has over 100 employees across offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Liverpool, representing over 250,000 individual clients across a range of cases in areas such as product liability, competition, worker rights, data breach and privacy and financial services.

Our ethos is to combine the best legal talent with a strong operational and technological platform to enable its clients to pursue cases that could not otherwise be brought against large corporates as a result of their wrongdoing.

Uniquely, KP Law is owned and fully financed by a recognised UK litigation funder (Legatus Holdings), this allows us to take on larger, headline making cases with greater efficiency and confidence. All of our cases are for claimants and carried out under contingent fee agreements at no cost or risk to its clients.

KP Law was ranked Tier 1 for Group Litigation: Claimant in The Legal 500 UK Guide 2026, and Band 2 for Group Litigation: Claimant in Chambers and Partners 2026.

The Role

Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Salesforce Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone looking to explore a new career path in technology and business systems.

You do not need prior Salesforce experience for this role. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable using modern software tools, enjoys problem-solving, and is open to learning new skills, processes, and ways of working. An interest in technology, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to develop professionally are key.

The role will initially focus on supporting business-as-usual (BAU) Salesforce administration tasks, with structured opportunities to build technical, project, and business skills over time. The long-term goal is to progress into project-based work and ultimately develop into a fully-fledged Salesforce Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including user management, permissions, and system maintenance.
  • Assisting Salesforce users by helping troubleshoot issues and responding to support requests.
  • Learning how to maintain data quality through data imports, exports, and ongoing data management tasks.
  • Helping create and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Gaining hands-on experience with system updates, enhancements, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Working closely with experienced team members to learn Salesforce administration best practices and wider business processes.
  • Completing structured training and development activities to build your Salesforce and technical skillset.
  • Getting involved in project-based work over time, with opportunities to develop project, stakeholder, and business analysis skills.
  • Continuously developing your technical knowledge and confidence with new systems, tools, and ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
