About The Role...

Are you a problem-solver who can proactively identify improvements?

Are you organised and detail focused, able to manage competing priorities and work with business users at various levels?

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform.

This role is suited to someone with solid Salesforce administration experience who can manage day-to-day platform requests, support users, configure changes, and contribute to continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be confident working with stakeholders, understanding business needs, and delivering safe, well-tested Salesforce changes.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can work independently on standard administration tasks and contribute to larger change initiatives with guidance from Architects and senior members of the team.

You’ll be getting involved with a range of tasks and responsibilities, including;

  • Managing Salesforce configuration changes, including fields, page layouts, record types, permissions, flows, and validation rules
  • Supporting users with Salesforce queries, issues, and requests
  • Maintaining user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, and queues
  • Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and list views
  • Supporting data quality activities, including duplicate management, data updates, and data clean-up
  • Working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose appropriate Salesforce solutions
  • Supporting testing of Salesforce changes, including preparation of test scenarios and validation of outcomes
  • Assisting with release activities, change control, and deployment preparation
  • Documenting configuration changes, support processes, and user guidance
  • Monitoring platform usage and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Working closely with Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts on project delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
