Junior Security Analyst – Managed Security Services
One of the most exciting prospects in the UK cyber security sector today, Bridewell is a leading cyber security services company specialising in protecting and transforming critical business functions for some of the world’s most trusted organisations. We are the trusted partner for operators of essential services and provide end-to-end cyber security capabilities that help our clients overcome their security challenges, allowing them to operate safely and securely.

About the Role
Due to continued growth across our Managed Security Services, we’re looking for enthusiastic, technology-focused individuals who have gained some experience within Security Operations and are now looking to take the next step within Managed Security Services as a Junior Security Analyst.
You will be working with a team of 24/7 Security Analysts, responsible for critical items within our service such as Triage, Investigation, Containment, and Eradication of threats—utilising cutting-edge security technologies across multiple vendors and tools as part of the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service.
Additionally, besides core monitoring and response, you will gain experience supporting threat-led hunts, detection engineering maturation, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and client-side security improvements.
Please note: This is a shift-based role, working a pattern of 4 on, 4 off.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
