Our Exciting Opportunity

Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career in telecommunications and customer operations?

Join Ericsson's Customer Support team and gain hands-on experience working with customers, engineers, and service delivery professionals. This role is designed for graduates who are eager to learn, build strong stakeholder management skills, and develop a solid understanding of how services are delivered to customers.

You will receive support, training, and mentoring while building a foundation for a future career in Service Delivery Management.

You will:

  • Support the team in delivering services to customers
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Participate in customer meetings and follow-up activities
  • Help track service delivery activities and action items
  • Learn how Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer contracts work
  • Collaborate with local and global teams
  • Identify and raise potential risks or issues to the team
  • Learn Ericsson's tools, processes, and ways of working

To be successful in the role you have:

  • A recent degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-focused mindset
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
