Join our dedicated nursing team on the Medlock Unit, based within the brand-new Dyson Cancer Centre at the RUH.

About the Role

We are looking for a kind, compassionate, and motivated nurse to join our passionate, highly skilled multi-professional team. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in developing or enhancing their competency in Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT).

Responsibilities

  • Broaden your skills and knowledge while supporting patients receiving SACT and other supportive treatments in an acute cancer setting.
  • Receive a tailored induction programme, including visits to adjacent areas within the department, followed by completion of the SACT Competency Passport within six months.
  • Work at Frome Community Hospital when required, with travel time paid to support fairness and work-life balance.
