Junior Social Creative

A socially-native creative production team, part of a major global marketing network, is looking for a Junior Social Creative to join their always-on team working across some of the world's best-loved FMCG brands. This is a rare opportunity to build your book fast, taking ideas from concept through to execution across a genuinely varied roster of household name brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop or jump in quickly to briefs, creating original, entertaining social-first content and concepts for leading brands across always-on channels
  • Translate monthly content calendars, campaign briefs and reactive opportunities into strong social insights and on-brand creative concepts
  • Present and sell in creative ideas and content concepts to internal teams and clients with confidence
  • Take ideas from concept through to execution, owning your work across a broad and varied brand roster
  • Work at the pace of social, delivering strong ideas on tight turnarounds and low budgets

Skills & Experience

  • At least 1+ year in an agency environment
  • A portfolio showing strong, proactive ideation and branded social content, whether agency work, your own branded concepts, or your own social channels
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience essential
  • Willing to appear in content yourself is a strong plus
  • Fluent in TikTok and Instagram as core channels, with skills in other platforms welcome

  • Genuinely proactive, comfortable finding your own way to a good idea rather than waiting to be told
  • Resilient and adaptable, thrives under pace and pressure. This role moves fast and demands proactivity, but the team is tight-knit, positive, and genuinely enjoys the work
  • A strong team player who takes ownership and wants to grow their book and their skillset

Role Details

  • Salary: up to £35,000
  • Location: Chancery Lane, London, on-site
  • Work Schedule: 4 days per week in office
  • Start date: ASAP
