Junior Social Editor (Video-First)

Hybrid, London

£28,000

We're looking for a creative and social-first Junior Social Editor to join a growing content team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong video editing skills and a passion for social media, digital culture, and creating content that captures attention across platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Editing engaging short-form video content for social platforms
  • Creating both polished branded content and reactive, trend-led social assets
  • Repurposing long-form content into bite-sized social clips
  • Adding captions, graphics and motion elements optimised for mobile viewing
  • Supporting content publishing across key social channels
  • Writing social copy and assisting with content planning
  • Keeping up to date with trends, platform updates and cultural moments
  • Monitoring content performance and helping identify opportunities for improvement

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years' experience in a social, content, digital or editing role
  • Strong video editing skills, ideally using Premiere Pro
  • Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms
  • A good eye for storytelling, pacing and audience engagement
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in social media, content creation and digital culture

Bonus Skills

  • Motion graphics experience
