We're looking for a creative and social-first Junior Social Editor to join a growing content team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong video editing skills and a passion for social media, digital culture, and creating content that captures attention across platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
- Editing engaging short-form video content for social platforms
- Creating both polished branded content and reactive, trend-led social assets
- Repurposing long-form content into bite-sized social clips
- Adding captions, graphics and motion elements optimised for mobile viewing
- Supporting content publishing across key social channels
- Writing social copy and assisting with content planning
- Keeping up to date with trends, platform updates and cultural moments
- Monitoring content performance and helping identify opportunities for improvement

What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years' experience in a social, content, digital or editing role
- Strong video editing skills, ideally using Premiere Pro
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms
- A good eye for storytelling, pacing and audience engagement
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in social media, content creation and digital culture

Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics experience
- Experience working with entertainment, lifestyle, consumer or media brands
- Familiarity with social analytics and performance reporting
