Job Title
Join a dynamic interior design and fit-out company specializing in commercial and residential projects, seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to elevate its Instagram presence.
About the Role
This role focuses on developing and executing a premium content strategy tailored to the luxury interiors sector. The ideal candidate will drive organic growth, foster audience engagement, and ensure the brand’s Instagram account reflects a modern, high-end aesthetic. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of Instagram, from content planning and creation to scheduling and community management, with a strong emphasis on consistency and luxury branding.
Deliverables
- Develop and implement a strategic Instagram content plan aligned with luxury branding and business goals
- Design and produce high-quality posts, reels, and stories using tools such as Canva
- Write engaging captions and schedule content to maintain a consistent posting calendar
- Monitor and respond to messages and comments to nurture community engagement
- Analyze account performance and adjust strategies to maximize organic growth and engagement
- Present a portfolio of past Instagram accounts managed, including results and case studies

Requirements
- Proven experience managing Instagram accounts for interior design, architecture, construction, or luxury service brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating premium content creation and account growth
- Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Instagram analytics tools
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to create clean, modern layouts and maintain consistent branding
- Experience with audience engagement and organic growth strategies
- Creative mindset with a passion for luxury branding and design
- Availability for ongoing, remote freelance work
