Junior Social Media Manager
Junior Social Media Manager – Content, Community & Design
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE) Contract: Full time Location: Nottingham, with regular travel to London
About the Startup
Our client is a serial entrepreneur who built a software company from nothing, scaling it to over £50 million in revenue. Recognised as a leading figure in their industry, they ran the business end-to-end—creating content, investing in paid advertising, and building a subscriber base of tens of thousands. In 2024, the company was sold for an eight-figure sum.
Since then, they’ve built their own personal brand, aiming to become a household name—providing practical strategies for building wealth through social media and entrepreneurship. In 2025, they grew their following to over half a million across platforms, drawing on a decade of content and audience-building expertise.
Their ambitions extend beyond brand-building:
- A SaaS platform (think Shopify meets Kajabi) for creators to sell products and subscriptions.
- A co-working and creator accelerator community.
- Content operation across YouTube and podcasting.
- A book launching next year, targeting bestseller status.
- A set of online courses.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
