About the Company

Our Client is a leading provider of social sustainability technology. Supported by their market-leading platform, our Client empowers organisations to capture, measure, and manage their social value effectively. Their holistic approach enhances clients’ social impact while driving business success, making them a trusted partner across both the public and corporate sectors.

Purpose of the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and client-focused Junior Consultant to join our growing consulting team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in social value and the broader impact space and wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced, mission-led business.

You’ll work directly with a wide range of clients, helping them to understand and apply our social value measurement framework and improve their impact reporting. You’ll support client training and onboarding, respond to client queries, and contribute to our verification and audit work – reviewing evidence, analysing claims, and preparing outputs.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team where your input will shape client experience, improve our tools and training resources, and feed into wider consultancy projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
