You will be involved in delivering the next-generation emergency service network, providing fast, safe, and secure voice, video, and data across the 4G network, giving first responders immediate access to life-saving data, images, and information in live situations and emergencies on the frontline.
About The Role
We are seeking a versatile Software Developer to design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions that power mission-critical communications systems. You will join a collaborative agile team focused on ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability across diverse environments.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to full-cycle development covering analysis, design, implementation, testing, and integration
- Help shape the future of life-saving communications technologies
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet user requirements and business goals
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C# code for a WPF platform
- Participate in peer reviews and ensure adherence to high coding standards and best practices

Required Experience
- At least a good foundation in C#/.NET development and familiarity with WPF as a target platform
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly advantageous
- Basic to advanced scripting experience (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is advantageous, but not essential
- Eligibility for UK SC Security Clearance (necessary for this role)
- Recent graduates considered for Junior positions (motivation and attitude matter)
Hybird Work Model: These roles are hybrid and require developers to be onsite in Hull, UK, for at least 2–3 days per week.
