Junior Software & Digital Developer

Innopart Limited t/a Fleet Packs is a fast-growing business supplying vehicle safety equipment, tailored seat covers and branded products to businesses across the UK.
We're looking for our first in-house Junior Software & Digital Developer.
This isn't an IT support role.
We're looking for someone who loves technology, enjoys solving problems and wants to build things that make a real difference. You'll work directly with the Directors, helping to create websites, software, automations and digital systems that improve the way we work.
You'll have the opportunity to influence the direction of technology across the business from day one. No two days will be the same, and as Fleet Packs grows, so will your role.
What You'll Be Working On
You'll be involved in projects such as:
- Building, improving and maintaining our websites.
- Developing and enhancing our online stores.
- Creating internal software and tools that make the business more efficient.
- Improving how our business systems work together, including inventory, e-commerce and accounting software.
- Automating repetitive manual tasks.
- Helping improve our Google rankings through SEO.
- Solving real business problems.
- Creating dashboards and reports that help us make better decisions.
- Researching and testing new technologies that could benefit the business.
- Supporting the launch of future digital products and customer-facing tools.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's passionate about technology and excited by the opportunity to grow with a business.
You may have:
- Recently finished university.
- Completed an apprenticeship.
- Finished college.
- Completely self taught.
However you got there, we're far more interested in your ability, curiosity and attitude than the qualifications you hold.
We'd Love It If You Have Experience With
Don't worry if you haven't used everything on this list, we’re looking for potential, not perfection.
Some experience with any of the following would be beneficial:
- Building websites.
- Shopify.
- HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Any programming language such as Python, C#, Java, PHP or similar.
- Databases.
- APIs (connecting different software together).
- SEO.
- AI tools.
- Git or version control.
- Cloud-based software and platforms.
