Junior Software Engineer / Developer (C++ Windows) Cambridge to £40k
Are you a bright, ambitious Software Engineer with a strong grounding in Computer Science combined with commercial C++ development experience?
You could be progressing your career at a small, specialist Medical Technology company that produce medical research software and applications.
About the Role
As a Junior Software Engineer you will design, develop and maintain new features and enhancements on the core products, written in C++, running on Windows, as well as working on data importers. You'll have exposure across the development lifecycle including assisting with testing of new software releases.

Location
You'll be based at the North Cambridge office on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday - there is parking available and a train station within a 15-minute walk, there's also secure bike storage.
About You
- Degree educated, Computer Science (or closely related discipline preferred), with a good understanding of mathematics
- Commercial C++ development experience (this may have been gained as an internship or placement)
- Thorough understanding of CompSci fundamentals such as OOP, data structures, Design Patterns, Algorithms
- Collaborative and enjoy problem solving
