Your mission
As a Junior Solutions Architect, you'll help customers transform the way they work.
Working alongside experienced Solutions Architects, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, you'll support customers throughout their technical journey, from understanding their challenges to helping design and deliver solutions that create measurable value.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, loves solving problems, and wants to grow into a trusted technical advisor.
What You'll Do
Support customer success
- Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical discussions
- Help understand customer processes, technical environments, and business challenges
- Support product demonstrations, onboarding activities, and technical training
- Assist with Proof of Concepts, pilots, and customer rollouts
- Build trusted relationships through responsiveness and a strong customer-first mindset
Contribute to solution design
- Support the design of scalable customer solutions
- Prepare demo environments and technical documentation
- Help validate customer environments and implementation requirements
- Assist with technical troubleshooting alongside senior colleagues
- Document learnings and contribute to best practices
Collaborate across teams
- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Engineering
- Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements
- Share customer feedback to help improve our products
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Grow every day
You'll continuously develop your technical expertise, customer consulting skills, and business understanding while gradually taking ownership of increasingly complex customer engagements.

You'll likely be successful if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience
- Have some exposure through internships, projects, or early professional experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, consulting, software, hardware, or IT environments
- Enjoy understanding both technical and business challenges
- Communicate clearly and confidently with different audiences
- Are analytical, structured, and enjoy solving problems
- Take initiative and actively seek learning opportunities
- Work well with people from different backgrounds and functions
- Speak fluent English; additional regional languages are a plus
