Junior Solutions Consultant
Full-time (37.5 hrs/wk, 9:00–17:30) | Hybrid schedule (3 days in our Reading office / 2 days remote).

The Role:

As a Toca Junior Solutions Consultant, you will have the opportunity to lead and deliver interesting and challenging customer projects, using the very latest low-code development platform, as part of a talented and growing team based in Reading, with the opportunity for office based and remote working, including travel to customer locations.

As a Junior Solutions Consultant, a typical day might include:

  • Working with customers in a pre and post sales engagement
  • Analysis, design and documentation of customer requirements
  • Building and maintaining solutions using the Toca platform, incorporating direct integrations, automation/RPA, analytics/data science and app development.
  • Managing and guiding implementations on-premise where required
  • Delivering training to end-users in customers and partner companies
  • Extending the platform capabilities using the Toca Development Kit in Python, C# or TypeScript
  • Working with the product team to document and prioritise customer feedback and requirements into the development team

Must have experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised and able to work across/manage multiple projects
  • Highly customer service oriented
  • Qualification in a technical subject

Beneficial experience:

  • Knowledge of software development
  • Experience of automation or automated testing
  • Experience of Project Management
  • Degree in a technical subject, including some programming
