Are you early in your technical career and looking for a role where you can learn fast, gain real customer exposure, and build deep expertise in video and delivery technologies?
As a Junior Solutions Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced Solutions Engineers on real-world customer projects, proof-of-concepts, and lab environments. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role designed to help you develop both your technical capability and your customer-facing confidence.
You won’t just observe - you’ll actively contribute, supported by mentoring, structured learning, and practical experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the design and delivery of proof-of-concepts, demonstrations, and interoperability testing.
- Work alongside senior engineers in customer discovery sessions, helping capture requirements and understand real-world workflows.
- Get hands-on with system setup, configuration, testing, and validation in lab and customer environments.
- Contribute to documenting solution designs, test results, and customer deliverables.
- Help identify and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with engineering and product teams.
- Assist with pre-sales activities including demos and technical presentations.
- Continuously build your knowledge of video, compression, streaming, and delivery technologies.
- Take part in internal training and contribute to a collaborative team knowledge base as your expertise grows.

About You
You’re technically curious, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-moving environment. You enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and collaborating across teams.
You’ll likely have:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a technical role such as solutions engineering, pre-sales, technical support, systems engineering, or similar.
- Experience working with customers or partners to understand technical needs and help shape practical solutions.
- Exposure to video technology, media workflows, SaaS, cloud platforms, or other complex technical environments.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, or commercial teams to support trials, deployments, or proofs-of-concept.
