As a Junior Sous Chef at Browns Exeter, you will be passionate about serving great food, training great people, and leaving a smile on guests’ faces. You’ll manage a section to ensure your team works harmoniously as one. Does this sound like you?

Your Responsibilities
As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll:
- Champion brand standards
- Cook to specification and meet brand targets
- Support the team to deliver consistently high standards across shifts
- Lead your own section as a kitchen team leader, developing key management and leadership skills
- Assist with stock control and ordering to ensure smooth operations
