🚀 Junior Sous Chef – Lead from the Front!

We’re seeking a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to join our talented Chef Brigade and help deliver exceptional food across our Dining operation.

  • Lead busy kitchen services while maintaining high standards
  • Embed strong food safety habits and ensure HACCP compliance
  • Efficiently manage stock and protect margins
  • Maintain consistency, pace and wow-factor across the kitchen
  • Develop and inspire the team while bringing fresh menu ideas based on trends and customer feedback
  • Play a key role in shaping high-quality service

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
  • Ability to confidently lead a team in a fast-paced, large kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety protocols
  • Commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail
  • A positive, proactive, and calm under pressure mindset

Hours & Flexibility

  • 40 annualised hours per week (flexible with increased hours during peak season, October–December)
  • One set day off per week
  • Alternate weekends*
  • During the 6-month induction and training period, you’ll work every weekend with 2 weekday shifts off.
